Overview
The presence of strategically important elements in the form of copper, lead and gold mineralisation associated with the Omeo Metamorphic Complex migmatites in the vicinity of the locality of Tawonga, and molybdenum and bismuth related mineralisation associated with the Symonds Gap intrusive granite, coupled with the extensive primary gold production history of the Bright, Lower Buckland Valley, Germantown, Smoko and Harrietville Goldfields associated with Orogenic gold mineralisation makes the proposed exploration Licence area of EL008767 extremely prospective for a variety of strategically important elements and high value precious metals.
It is believed that recent advances in geological understanding and the relationship between the emplacement of the Kiewa Shear Zone with the proposed oroclinal models for gold emplacement in Victoria a fresh review of all styles and locations of known historical operations is warranted. This coupled with the realisation of the strategic importance of elements such as copper and molybdenum make the proposed EL a potentially high value asset.
Exploration Program
Year 1
Predominantly based around desk-top studies reviewing the extensive database of known historical operations, categorising of the styles and types of mineralisation.

Years 2-3
Building on the database established in Year 1 on ground proofing and prospect mapping to confirm locations and details along with early-stage sampling to confirm the presence of specific elements including copper, molybdenum, gold and any other identified path-finder elements. Low impact field exploration is planned to include historical research, field mapping, aerial surveys, soil sampling, rock chipping and hand auguring with minimal impact on the environment, this work will occur only on Crown land and will not involve any interaction with Freehold lands.

Years 4-5
Throughout the exploration planning process only Crown lands will be explored on, should any freehold land become of interest Mr. McLennan will consult with the individual land holders and the broader community and provide information on planned exploration activities and allow opportunities for feedback to be incorporated into the planning process. Successful identification of primary targets will be subject to initial rounds of drill testing.
